Privacy policy

Effective October 9, 2026.

Desk Buddies is the glasses-holder storefront of PrintsByLjay, operated by Jhustin Marcos. This page explains how information is used when you visit this website, place an order, or contact the shop.

Orders and customer messages

When you order, Stripe checkout collects the information needed for payment and delivery, including your email, billing and shipping details, and product selections. We use order information to fulfill your purchase, answer questions, and handle returns and refunds.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as an order number or photos of a damaged item. We use those details to respond to your request. Please do not email card numbers or passwords.

Payments and service providers

Card details entered at Stripe checkout are handled by Stripe. Stripe provides the shop with payment status and order details. Delivery information is used with shipping services to send your order. The website's hosting provider receives the technical information needed to serve pages, such as your IP address and browser request details.

Stripe and other service providers process information under their own policies. Purchases made on Etsy are handled through Etsy; this website links to the PrintsByLjay Etsy shop and displays selected, attributed customer reviews.

Google Ads measurement

This website uses Google Ads measurement to understand advertising results. Google's tag may use cookies or similar browser identifiers and receive information about page visits. After a payment is verified, the site sends the purchase amount, currency, and a coded transaction identifier to Google to measure the purchase and avoid counting it twice.

The site's purchase-measurement event does not include your name, email, delivery address, card details, or Stripe checkout session identifier. Ad personalization signals and enhanced conversions are disabled in the site's tag configuration.

Your browser choices

You can use your browser settings to manage cookies. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site's Google tag is configured to deny advertising and analytics storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization. Google may still receive limited measurement requests under its consent settings.

Privacy questions and requests

Email jmarcosbuycenter@gmail.com with a privacy question or a request about your information. Include enough information to identify the relevant order or message, but do not include sensitive payment details. Information needed for order records, security, or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Updates
