Return policy

This policy applies to purchases made on the Desk Buddies website, operated by PrintsByLjay.

7-day return window

Returns are only accepted when requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Email us within that window to start your return. Return requests made after 7 days of delivery are not accepted.

Return shipping

The buyer pays all return shipping costs. Please arrange and pay for shipping the item back using the return instructions we provide.

How to start a return

Email Jmarcosbuycenter@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before mailing your return.

Pack the holder securely to help prevent damage in transit. We recommend a tracked shipping service so you can confirm delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
